Italian Forum Ltd (IFL), incorporating the Italian Forum Cultural Centre (IFCC), is a not-for-profit organisation which owns and manages the Piazza and Cultural Centre spaces within the Italian Forum complex in Norton Street Leichhardt.

The Italian Forum Complex, which includes retail and residential, was built on land donated to the Italian Community by the NSW State Government in 1988.  Italian Forum Ltd was set up to manage the land and presently manages the Piazza and the Cultural Centre, an 1800 sq. building awaiting a final fit-out which will include an auditorium, art gallery, multimedia centre and conference rooms.

IFL has a commitment to serving the Italian Community by promoting Italian Culture within an Australian context but also welcomes, and actively seeks, the participation of cultural, community and business groups in the wider community.

Italian Forum Limited is a not-for-profit organisation and is registered as a tax-deductible gift recipient (for donations of $2 or more) under subsection 78 (4) of the Income Tax Assessment ACT 1936.
